Sellers are responsible for:
- Ownership and authority to advertise an item or service.

- Truthful communication with potential buyers.
- Completing agreed transfers or deliveries.
- Protecting personal and financial information.
- Complying with applicable consumer and commercial obligations.
A seller should remove, update, or mark an advertisement unavailable after an item is sold, rented, withdrawn, or otherwise no longer available.
8. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must independently verify important information before making a payment or completing a transaction, including:
- Seller identity.
- Ownership.
- Original documentation.
- Product condition and authenticity.
- Vehicle registration.
- Property title or ownership.
- Required licences or permissions.
- Price and payment terms.
- Delivery or collection arrangements.
Buyers should inspect items before payment where appropriate and should avoid sending advance payments to unverified persons.
ZIXO does not guarantee that a seller, buyer, listing, document, message, or offer is genuine.
9. Make an Offer Feature
ZIXO may allow eligible buyers to send a price offer to sellers through the Make an Offer feature.
Where available:
- The seller may accept, decline, counter, ignore, or respond to an offer.
- ZIXO may impose limits on the number or value of offers.
- Sellers may specify a minimum acceptable offer.
- A seller may choose whether offers are accepted on an eligible listing.
- ZIXO may restrict offers to listings that display a valid price.
An offer, counter-offer, acceptance, or message sent through ZIXO is primarily a communication and negotiation tool between users.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, ZIXO is not a party to any transaction resulting from an offer and does not guarantee that an accepted offer will result in payment, delivery, transfer, or completion of a sale.
Users remain responsible for independently verifying the other party and agreeing final payment, inspection, collection, delivery, and ownership-transfer arrangements.
ZIXO may restrict or remove offer functionality where misuse, spam, fraud, manipulation, or abuse is suspected.
10. Messaging, Favourites and User Communications
ZIXO may provide messaging, favourites, saved listings, notifications, and similar communication tools.
These features must be used only for legitimate marketplace purposes.
Users must not:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another person.
- Request passwords, OTP codes, PINs, or card-security information.
- Send phishing links, malware, or suspicious attachments.
- Collect personal information for unrelated marketing.
- Attempt fraud or unauthorised financial activity.
- Misuse favourites, offers, or notifications to harass another user.
ZIXO may restrict messaging or related features where misuse is detected.
11. Free Listings
ZIXO may provide free classified listings.
Free listings may be subject to:
- Category restrictions.
- Listing durations.
- Moderation requirements.
- Account requirements.
- Fair-use limits.
- Technical or operational limits.
ZIXO may change free-listing allowances, introduce category or monthly limits, verification requirements, or paid options in the future.
The availability of free listings does not create a permanent contractual entitlement to unlimited free advertisements.
12. First Listing Welcome Featured Promotion
ZIXO may provide selected sellers with a complimentary Welcome Featured promotion.
Where enabled, a seller’s first eligible live listing may automatically receive Featured placement for a limited promotional period.
ZIXO may alternatively operate the Welcome Featured promotion manually and grant it to eligible sellers at its discretion.
Only one automatic first-listing welcome promotion is intended per eligible seller account unless ZIXO expressly decides otherwise.
The Welcome Featured promotion:
- Is complimentary.
- Has no cash value.
- Is not transferable.
- Does not guarantee a sale, enquiry, response, ranking, or number of views.
- May be subject to eligibility, category, moderation, technical, fraud-prevention, or account requirements.
- May be changed, suspended, withdrawn, shortened, extended, or discontinued by ZIXO.
Receiving a Welcome Featured promotion does not create a right to receive future free promotions.
13. Paid and Complimentary Promotions
ZIXO may offer promotional services including:
- Featured Ad.
- Top Ad.
- Urgent Badge.
- Bump Up.
- Complimentary promotional placement.
- Other promotional products introduced in the future.
Promotion prices, durations, and conditions will normally be shown before purchase or activation.
ZIXO may also apply promotions free of charge for marketing, customer-support, welcome, testing, goodwill, or administrative purposes.
A complimentary promotion does not entitle the user to a cash refund, credit, replacement promotion, or permanent preferential placement.
14. Featured, Top Ad and Urgent Promotions
A time-limited promotion normally begins when the promotion is successfully activated.
ZIXO may impose compatibility rules between different promotions.
For example, certain promotional placements may not be available simultaneously, while other promotional badges may be combined.
Current platform rules shown during purchase or activation will apply.
Promotions do not guarantee:
- A sale.
- A rental.
- A particular search position at all times.
- A specific number of views.
- Buyer enquiries.
- Buyer quality.
- A particular financial result.
Ranking may depend on city preferences, category, relevance, listing age, other promotions, moderation, technical factors, and platform sorting rules.
15. Bump Up
Bump Up is normally a one-time promotional action that refreshes or adjusts a listing’s position according to ZIXO’s current sorting rules.
Bump Up does not guarantee that a listing will remain permanently at the top.
16. Promotion Payments and Activation
Where online payment facilities are available, successful card or gateway payments may result in an order entering Processing or Completed status before the corresponding promotion is applied.
For payment methods requiring manual verification, including bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or other supported manual payment methods, an order may remain On Hold until payment is verified.
Users may be asked to provide a transaction/reference number or payment evidence.
Failed, cancelled, unpaid, reversed, rejected, or fraudulent payments do not qualify for promotion activation.
Users are responsible for selecting the correct listing and promotional product before payment.
17. Refund Policy for Promotions
Once a paid promotion has been successfully applied, the payment is generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
This may include Featured, Top Ad, Urgent, and Bump Up services because the promotional benefit begins immediately or is consumed when activated.
A refund or account credit may be considered where:
- A duplicate payment was collected.
- Payment was received but the promotion was never delivered.
- A confirmed technical failure prevented delivery of the purchased service.
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Refund requests should be sent promptly to support@zixo.pk with relevant order, listing, account, and payment information.
Removal of a listing for violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund.
18. Saved Searches and New Listing Alerts
ZIXO may allow users to save search criteria and receive notifications when new listings potentially match those criteria.
Alerts may be delivered through:
- Dashboard notifications.
- Email.
- Browser or push notifications.
- Other communication channels introduced later.
Saved Search alerts are provided as a convenience only.
ZIXO does not guarantee:
- Immediate delivery.
- Delivery of every matching listing.
- That every alert will be accurate.
- That a listed item will remain available when the notification is opened.
Users may manage or disable available alert preferences through their account where such controls are provided.
19. Listing Confirmation and Seller Follow-up Emails
ZIXO may send transactional, service, onboarding, or marketplace-related emails connected with a user’s account or listings.
These may include:

- Welcome messages.
- Information about complimentary Featured placement.
- Listing lifecycle reminders.
- Seller follow-up messages.
- Saved Search alerts.
- Offer, message, favourite, or account notifications.

ZIXO may use reasonable controls to avoid unnecessary duplicate communications.
Email delivery is not guaranteed, and messages may occasionally be delayed, filtered, rejected, or placed in spam folders by third-party email providers.
20. Listing Duration, Renewal and Removal
Listings may be subject to expiry, renewal, refresh, moderation, archival, or deletion rules.
ZIXO may automatically refresh or renew eligible listings and may notify users before a listing expires or is removed.
Where a listing reaches the end of its permitted lifecycle, ZIXO may permanently delete it together with associated platform data where reasonably necessary.
Users are responsible for maintaining copies of information they need independently of ZIXO.
21. Prices and Changes
ZIXO may change:
- Promotion prices.
- Promotion durations.
- Promotion eligibility.
- Free-listing rules.
- Feature availability.
- Listing limits.

A pricing change will not normally affect a promotion that has already been validly purchased and activated, except where necessary to correct an obvious technical or pricing error or where otherwise required by law.
22. Moderation and Enforcement
ZIXO may take action where it reasonably believes that a user, account, listing, message, offer, payment, promotion, or other activity:

Reports should provide sufficient information to identify the listing or activity concerned.
ZIXO may investigate reports and take action it considers appropriate.
Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome.
24. Intellectual Property
The ZIXO name, logo, branding, website design, software, graphics, and content owned by ZIXO are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission.
Users retain ownership of original content they upload.
By submitting listings, photographs, descriptions, or other content to ZIXO, users grant ZIXO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, display, distribute, and promote that content as reasonably required to operate and market the platform.
This licence ends when content is deleted except to the extent required for backups, legal records, moderation, disputes, enforcement, or previously distributed promotional material.
