Restaurant Auditor – Short Job Description
Conduct scheduled and surprise audits of restaurant branches.
Visit branches regularly to ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
Verify cash handling, inventory, food cost, and stock accuracy.
Check food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Audit POS transactions, discounts, voids, and cash reconciliation.
Inspect equipment, assets, and maintenance records.
Identify operational risks, policy violations, and inventory variances.
Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions with branch management.
Coordinate with Operations and Head Office to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
